Donna has over 15 years of interior design and project and program management experience, in the Architectural and Design and construction industry. Her experience has been in the commercial, government, healthcare, faith based, restaurant and residential industries. Donna’s clients have confidence in her ability to deliver a quality project, working with a varied team of construction professionals thru initiation, planning, execution and delivery. 


Donna has designed and managed project scopes, reviewing and analysis of need and requirements and overall goals, programming and planning to include scheduling and milestones, project budgeting and cost efficiency strategies, project implementation which includes allocation, coordination and management of resources to phased deliverables

For the past 5 years, DLI has provided full-service design, project and facilities management to Environmental Engineers PEER Consultants, PC, 100 + staff, with offices in Washington DC and Maryland and Florida. Working for PEER consultants on projects totaling $500,000 +, has included programming and project management, office space consultation and planning, FF&E, custom millwork design and relocation services and managing a team of professionals to accomplish successful project outcomes.
